Avenue Lofts Carriage House

Truly a one-of-a-kind in downtown Austin, this stand-alone building was part of the Avenue Lofts Condominiums in downtown Austin (now demolished). The structures were originally built in 1942 and were initially used as a state health facility, and were converted to residential condominiums in 1999 by The Sutton Company.
