Bought by architect David Graeber in 1967 and adapted over the years to reflect a mix of high-style eras and grand ambitions. A 2-story guest quarters with full-kitchen, an indoor swimming pool, and skylights (air-lifted in by a helicopter) were added in the 1980s.
