The star of the show of this generously-sized, brand-new, single-family home (not a condo, as is the norm for much of the new construction in 78702) is hands-down the plunge pool. We agree that the practical luxury of a cool watering spot with a fraction of the tedious upkeep and water bills is appealing (rubber duckie conveyed with sale).
